Company Overview
KIS Vietnam, backed by KIS Korea's extensive financial expertise, boasts a team of international experts and seasoned professionals from banking, audit, and domestic capital markets. By advancing executive and risk management techniques, KIS Vietnam aims to lead the financial sector in Vietnam. I was one of 2 designer working there. Each of us is in charged of our own project on each own partnering with a Business Analysis and 2-3 developers. The below is about my Asset Management project that I have worked from scratch to finish
iKIS Introduction
A stock investment app from KIS Vietnam Securities. Designed for investors of all levels, iKIS offers seamless and secure trading with features like real-time market updates, a customizable interface, and tailored investment tools. New users can easily open an account in just 3 minutes using eKYC, and enjoy benefits like free stocks and virtual trading contests. Whether you're a rookie or a pro, iKIS empowers your investment journey with expert insights and robust security.
My task
Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze detailed requirements for app features.
Documentation and Translation:Create and maintain requirement documents. Translate technical documents, user manuals, and specifications between Korean and Vietnamese.
Process Improvement and Data Analysis: Analyze business processes related to stock trading and user interactions, recommending improvements.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test cases and participate in user acceptance testing (Staging), ensuring requirements are met.
Communication: Facilitate meetings and ensure clear communication between Korean developers and Vietnamese stakeholders.
Support and Technical Assistance:Provide language support during technical troubleshooting and problem-solving. Assist in understanding user feedback and addressing technical issues reported by users.
